Delivery & Shipping Policy
Teacup Nethies ship from Eungai Creek (2441) in New South Wales. We offer local customers the ability to buy online & pick up from us for free without having to pay for postage. If you can not see the option to pick it up from us, please contact us and we can see what we can do.
Where do we ship to?
Shipping is available to Australia, the United States, New Zealand & Canada.
Please contact with us if you wish to make an order outside of these locations.
How much does shipping cost?
Australia
Our shipping rates for anywhere in Australia are:
- $10.95 AUD for a small package (0 > 1.5kg)
- $14.95 AUD for a medium package (1.5kg > 3kg)
- $19.95 AUD for a large package (3kg +)
Free shipping is available on orders over $350 AUD – Excluding C&C Cages.
(If your local to Mid North Coast NSW, you are also welcome to pick it up free of postage costs).
USA, Canada, New Zealand & Others
For international orders, we charge by the rate that our couriers calculate live for the customer at our checkout, as we can’t absorb the cost of international shipping.
Shipping Calculator Errors
In the event our shipping is incorrect, because of an error, issue, malfunction, exploitation of the calculator, or any other unknown reason in the calculated costs. If we deem the cost of shipping to be unreasonably inadequate or excessively above what the courier has charged us to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately and do our best within reason to resolve the issue. If a solution can not be agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return your payment in full using the payment method that was used to complete the initial purchase.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived after the estimated time given to you while purchasing your item and you have received an email confirming from us that we have processed your order and it has been dispatched with the courier, please contact us. We do not take responsibility for any lost or missing parcels whilst in transit. If you believe your parcel is missing, please call Australia Post’s Customer Service Centre on 13 POST (13 7678) or if the order has been sent with Aramex, please find your local Aramex depot’s number here. You’re also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help locate your parcel.

Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel has for any reason been returned to us marked with “return to sender”, either due to the parcel not being collected or the address is incorrect or any other reason, unless deemed by us as our fault. You will be required to pay a new shipping fee based on where you would like your parcel to be shipped to and the size/weight of the parcel. If you would like to cancel your order, your purchase amount will have any shipping costs & fee’s (such as return to sender fee) deducted from the total refundable amount.
