If the owner of this business runs out of material, you can count on her constantly sms messaging you, ignoring your requests, and rejecting any questions you may have. I would avoid honestly it’s been more bother than it’s worth with the owner of this business not letting up over phone messages after requesting email correspondence. When your first choice of print became unavailable, you were quickly informed with the option to choose a new one, or to receive a full refund, which I did offer to you multiple times. You proceeded to choose another print that I offered you from prints that are not avaliable on the store or to other customers. You made it clear you wanted everything to match as all the fleece items that were being changed were matching. Your unhappiness and reason for these reviews are due to the only item that is a cotton that could not be matched with the other fleece items. Which has nothing to do with quality or price. This cotton item was refunded while I let you keep the item out of good faith, as I can not provide what your asking. No requests has ever been ignored and every question you messaged my phone was answered.

I use the fitted fleece cage liners and potty pads exclusively in my bunny’s house. His feet always stay clean and dry compared to using hay and paper. Both items are super easy to clean. I change the potty pads every couple of days when they get a little smelly, and a quick 30 second scrub under cold water before washing removes any stains. It literally takes me 3 mins to clean his house now compared to 30mins+ before. Added bonus – the fabric available is always super cute!

We – all of us, adults, children and guinea pigs – adore our fleece tunnel, bed and pads. They are robust, warm and perfect. They enable the GPs to be part of so much of our children’s lives, sitting in their cosy bed listing to music practice, helping with homework, snuggling while reading novels. Actually I wish we could order a second cosy bed so that we had one for inside and one for outside – but it’s more important to look after the human teacup nethies, so have a great maternity leave.
