  To cater to pets of different sizes, our fun tunnels come in three options:

  • Small: 20cm opening across the bottom, 30cm long (Potty pad: 20cm x 30cm)
  • Large: 25cm opening across the bottom, 30cm long (Potty pad: 25cm x 30cm)
  • X-Large: 30cm opening across the bottom, 40cm long (Potty pad: 30cm x 40cm)

  Optional Window Feature
  You now have the option to add a cute side window/entrance to the flat bottom tunnel, providing an extra element of fun for your pet to peek through or enter.

  • What is a "window"?

    The “Window” option gives you the choice to include a cutout on the side of the fleece tunnel. This feature provides an additional opening for your pet to use. See images in the gallery for an example.

  • Why do I need to choose 1-2 fabrics & where are they used?

    Each fabric is used for the two patterns/colour on the product you’re purchasing. Not all products can come in a dual fabric combination.

    The fabric/s you choose will be used as per the explanation further down the page inside the “Product Description”.

  • I can’t see the size I want, can I get a custom size?

  • How much is shipping?

    Our shipping rates for anywhere in Australia are as follows:

    • $10.95 AUD for a small package (0 > 1.5kg)
    • $14.95 AUD for a medium package (1.5kg > 3kg)
    • $19.95 AUD for a large package (3kg +)
