Many Small pet owners are switching to absorbent fleece fitted cage liners.
This is why:
- Very easy to use.
- Timesaving with cleaning.
- Better for pets overall health.
- Fun and funky designs.
- Better for the environment.
- Reusable saving you money.
- both sides can be used.
Fitted Liner.
Quality handmade Liner with TWO layers of polar fleece and One layer of 5mm thick absorbent in the middle, With extra added to each side that will go over the corflute C&C cages and plastic bottom cages made like a fitted sheet. All machines stitched together. It keeps their Cage dry and comfortable for your pets by wicking away moisture from the fleece and drawing it into the absorbent layer. With the extra sides to stop them pulling or burrowing underneath. Liners Reduce health issues caused by flaky bedding like wood shaving, Keeping smells down, and looking amazing at the same time.
Design choices.
The fabric patterns and choices are way more fun and funky to boring wood shavings. You can even mix and match with other products like potty pads and cuddle sacks, cosy beds and hides.
*You are able to choose the fleece for top and bottom/sides of the liner.
The liner is handmade with love and care by me on the Mid North Coast of Australia. It is suitable for rabbits, ferrets, Rats and guinea pigs even for dogs and cat pens.
Cost.
The upfront cost may look daunting, but these liners are reusable for months and years. Saving you $100's in the long run.
Cleaning.
I spot clean the cage every second day or daily if you wish. Using a handheld vacuum or dustpan and brush, I pick up any little mess that has missed the litter tray. Then I roll it up and shake it outside before I flip it over, so both sides are used before washing. Change and wash the liners 5-7 days, depending on how pets you have. Also, if toilet trained, they last longer.
Fleece care.
MUST WASH about three themes BEFORE using.
They will last many, many washes if used correctly with no softer as this will stop them wicking if used. I am still using some of my original liners from more than a year ago.
Please refrain from using softeners and dryer sheets. The idea is to let the wetness pass through the fleece to the absorbent pad in the middle. The fleece stays dry. You may have to wash it a few times before it works better. Machine washable and dryer friendly on a cool setting but line drying is recommended.
Tip: using potty pad in high-traffic areas like toilet tray, water bottle and hide holes to extend the use of the liner before washing.
How to order.
This is for 1 liner unless you change the quantities.
You can change the fleece choice for each liner by choosing 2 fleece options.
Fleece #1: top fleece (example the rainbow dots)
Fleece #2: the bottom and the sides (example orange fleece) like a fitted sheet there is a right and wrong side, this side will have visible stitching.
Then add to cart. And so on for any other liners you may like.

We love our fitted liner. The quality is great and it feels so soft for our piggie’s feet. Most importantly, our carpet sharks can’t burrow underneath! Will be purchasing more soon! 😀

These are my favourite liners patterns yet. They come in handy in our cold autumn and winter mornings and nights as a cover or liner.

I use the fitted fleece cage liners and potty pads exclusively in my bunny’s house. His feet always stay clean and dry compared to using hay and paper. Both items are super easy to clean. I change the potty pads every couple of days when they get a little smelly, and a quick 30 second scrub under cold water before washing removes any stains. It literally takes me 3 mins to clean his house now compared to 30mins+ before. Added bonus – the fabric available is always super cute!

Hello,
This review was given 6 months after the item was completed? with no issues ever brought to our attention. So a little disheartened to hear there was one and not know about it or able to fix it for you. As quality is very important to me.

These liners are great, so we ordered some spares. Great colours and patterns. Our hutches are easy to clean with these liners and don’t smell.

This is a great product! Very good quality, dries quickly and soaks up everything without leaving any nasty smells. I’ll be buying another one as a spare for between washes 🙂

The pigs loved it, very thick and absorbent. I would recommend this to anyone who can’t find a good quality liner.

Loving the cage liner. I started with pine shavings (terrible choice for indoors – my vacuum nearly went on strike) and decided to try a fleece liner. I am glad I picked the fitted option as it holds the liner in place. My furry potatoes also love it – they popcorn now! Very happy with the communication and customer service from teacupnethies as there had been a minor issue with the order which was promptly dealt with.

This is great! Fits well and looks amazing. It’s a lot easier to clean than shavings and makes it easier to see how much hay my bun is eating so I can make sure it’s always fresh.
