- Why do I need to choose 1-2 fabrics & where are they used?
  Each fabric is used for the two patterns/colour on the product you’re purchasing. Not all products can come in a dual fabric combination.
  
  The fabric/s you choose will be used as per the explanation further down the page inside the “Product Description”.
- I can’t see the size I want, can I get a custom size?
  We can create any size you need. Just contact us via the live chat, Facebook, email or contact form. All the details can be found on our Contact Page.
- How much is shipping?
  Our shipping rates for anywhere in Australia are as follows:
  
  $10.95 AUD for a small package (0 > 1.5kg)
  
  $14.95 AUD for a medium package (1.5kg > 3kg)
  
  $19.95 AUD for a large package (3kg +)

Small - approx 17cm deep ( guineapigs,rats,small rabbits, ferrets)

Large - approx 30cm deep ( large rabbits, small puppy even the cat)

Need extra protection? The pillow-size medium and large potty pads work great inside the pouch to catch any accidents
