Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By joining the Teacup Nethies Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Teacup Nethies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

1. Eligibility and Participation

  • To join our Affiliate Program, you must submit an application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
  • Affiliates must actively promote Teacup Nethies products. Inactivity may result in removal from the program after a period determined at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Conduct

  • Affiliates are expected to represent Teacup Nethies honestly, ethically, and in good faith. Misleading, false, or defamatory statements are strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates have creative freedom to produce their own content, while also having access to our provided assets, which can be used solely for promoting Teacup Nethies’ products or business.
  • While participating in the Teacup Nethies Affiliate Program, affiliates are prohibited from promoting products from competitors, either directly or indirectly, through the same channels used to promote Teacup Nethies.
  • If an affiliate is found to be promoting competitors’ products while also promoting Teacup Nethies, we reserve the right to withhold or deny commissions or funds owed.

3. Commission and Payouts

  • Commissions will be earned on sales made directly through your unique affiliate link or code/coupon.
  • No commission will be offered on sale items.
  • Teacup Nethies reserves the right to review and reject any commission request that appears to be illegitimate, fraudulent, or the result of spamming, mass unsolicited messaging, or other excessive promotional tactics not aligned with genuine, direct promotion of our products.
  • Examples of non-direct promotion include (but are not limited to): posting affiliate links or codes/coupons in ways that unfairly benefit from the program. Teacup Nethies reserves the right to withhold or refuse payouts for such activities.
  • All commissions are subject to verification and may be denied if they do not meet the outlined criteria or violate any term of this agreement.
  • If an affiliate is found to be in breach of any term of this agreement, Teacup Nethies reserves the right to deny payment of commissions or funds owed and may remove the affiliate from the program immediately.

4. Prohibited Actions

  • Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to:
    • Generating fake sales, leads, or clicks.
    • Using misleading advertising, bots, or fake traffic sources.
    • Engaging in any illegal activities that could harm Teacup Nethies’ reputation or brand.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit loopholes, or generate false commissions will result in immediate termination from the program and may lead to legal action, including prosecution.

5. Inactive Accounts

  • Affiliates must maintain regular promotional activity. Accounts deemed inactive for an extended period may be removed from the program without prior notice.

6. Termination of Agreement

  • Teacup Nethies reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
  • Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions if the termination is due to a breach of this agreement or fraudulent activity.

7. Legal Compliance

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and any relevant industry guidelines.
  • Teacup Nethies reserves the right to take legal action against any affiliate found to be engaging in fraudulent or illegal behaviour, which could include but is not limited to filing civil claims or pursuing criminal prosecution.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Affiliates must ensure that any personal information collected through their promotions is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Teacup Nethies will also handle affiliate data in compliance with its privacy policy.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Teacup Nethies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
